Pleasant Street Inn is a small business and late cancellations/no shows really affect our business, therefore our cancellation policy is as follows:
Guests may modify/cancel their reservation by email:
-At least 14 days prior to their arrival date - no cancellation fees will apply and a refund of the total amount shall be granted.
-At least 7 days prior to the arrival date - 30% of the total amount of the reservation shall be charged to the guest by The Pleasant Street Inn.
-At least 72hours (3 days) prior to the arrival date - 70% of the total amount of the reservation shall be charged to the guest by The Pleasant Street Inn.
If the time for cancelling without penalty/partial penalty has passed, the forfeiture amount will be 100% of the reservation.
In case of proved deaths/accidents or sudden Covid related travel restrictions, a full refund may be granted at the Manager’s discretion.
